March 2024 Tuesday Meeting – Robyn Gragg

Robyn was born into an artistic family with a need to create. As a young girl, she made Barbie clothes from her mother’s sewing scraps.

As a teen, she sewed some of her own clothes. As a young mom, she began making baby quilts as gifts for her friends. As a homeschooling mom, she encouraged her girls to create with fabric, as well as all other mediums.

Now as an empty-nester, Robyn is trying to perfect her style while quilting as a competitive sport.

She’s entered contests all over the United States (and won a few ribbons along the way).

She has explored traditional styles, modern styles, portraits, and wholecloth quilts all on her Innova longar. With so many different techniques to explore, her portfolio is quite diverse.

Robyn comes to us from Lone Jack, Missouri, where she makes her home.

There will be no workshop in March.
